Not many people know that every local Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity. They face the exact same challenges as all other charities today. Due to legal aid cuts, a lack of financial help towards charities and benefits and housing caps, JK Advice Centre decided to find a solution to the way in which we can offer support to our communities and society in general either in work or out of work.
We truly believe that we can make a difference and need you to believe in us, together we can! Just because we cannot secure funding, JK Advice Centre is formed and managed by a group of individual people who believe in the need to empower the community and offer people a choice. We offer solutions to problems which in some cases, due to lack of funding, local advice centres cannot carry out. Our company was founded by an individual who believes in helping our society by making our world a better place for those that need help but don’t know where to source it; those who are helpless in their moment of need, not knowing where to go, we still try our best to help in good will.
At JK Advice Centre, we turn nobody away without furnishing them with the correct guidance, regardless of whether they can afford it or not. For those that cannot afford High Street solicitors’ fees or who cannot be helped by charity organisations due to legal aid and funding cuts, JK Advice Centre is on hand to help. We feel a strong need to change society by helping those that are vulnerable receive the advice and help they need to live a stable and independent lifestyle.
